Where is my order?
Use the order confirmation email you received to look up your shipment status. You'll need your order number (e.g., #1001) and the email address you used at checkout.
How order tracking works
- Order confirmation – You receive an email with your order number as soon as your order is placed.
- Fulfillment & shipping – Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with a carrier tracking link.
- Carrier tracking – Click the tracking link in that email to follow your package in real time on the carrier's website.
Notes on certain orders
Orders placed through external channels (such as TikTok Shop) may include a carrier tracking link directly from that platform rather than from this page. Please check your TikTok Shop order history or your shipping confirmation email for those orders.
